Requirements: Prior culinary experience of 3-5 years; Previous experience in a role of restaurant/outlet chef or department-head level leadership; Flexible in working extensive shifts and every station within the outlet; Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and within a large team; Sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers; Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently; Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions; High work ethic and a sense of responsibility within the team; Must be fluent in English
