About: Mahaloha Burger is a restaurant seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire the staff to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in cooking, inventory management, knife skills, equipment handling, and sanitation practices within a restaurant environment. Additionally, they should be adept at recruiting new culinary team members to maintain optimal staffing levels, following recipe instructions diligently, and providing training to ensure consistency and excellent presentation standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in restaurant kitchen management; proficiency in cooking, inventory control, knife handling, equipment management, and sanitation practices; ability to recruit and train kitchen staff effectively
