Position: Restaurant Catering & Events Manager

About: LifeCafe, a dynamic and inclusive organization committed to providing exceptional event coordination and management services, is currently seeking a full-time Event Coordinator and Manager. This role involves collaborating with the Department Leader team, fostering member engagement, maintaining an organized office environment, and facilitating clear communication with the LifeCafe Leader. Additionally, the position includes occasional responsibilities as a manager on duty in the absence of another floor manager.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 to 3 years of related work experience; ServSafe Food Manager certification within 30 days of hire; CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire; excellent customer service and active listening skills; proficient time management and effective communication abilities.
