About: Our restaurant portfolio in Midway International Airport includes Gene’s Bistro, Big Bowl, Tallboy Taco, Hubbard Inn, Big City Chicken, Home Run Inn, and Orange Line. Requirements: Minimum one year experience working in a food service environment is essential; High school diploma preferred; Verbal and written communication skills are essential; Ability to read, speak, and understand English; Basic mathematical skills for operating a cash register; Food handlers permit required by law; Brand Certification as required; Ability to remember and promote menu items; Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures
