Position: Restaurant Bartender
About: The Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills is seeking restaurant and banquet bartenders to join their team. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant/golf course environment under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, providing excellent guest service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of bartending experience; completion of approved alcohol service training; knowledge of food, retail sales, alcohol service laws, and district policies; ability to communicate effectively with various team members and guests; strong multitasking skills; self-motivated and enthusiastic; excellent customer service; ability to work varied shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in different outdoor temperatures and conditions.
