Position: Restaurant Bartender
About: Highgate Hotels, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company with a strong presence in U.S. gateway markets and expanding globally, is seeking a dedicated Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for setting up the bar area, preparing drinks for guests and servers, and maintaining bar service and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local state laws; flexible availability for long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently, stand for entire shifts, and multitask effectively; previous bartending experience helpful; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
