Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong work ethic and a positive attitude; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization; physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items; willingness to learn and grow in the field of bartending; previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is a plus but not required; availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
