Position: Restaurant Barback – The Davenport Grand

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong work ethic and a positive attitude; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization; physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items; willingness to learn and grow in bartending; previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is a plus but not required; availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
