Position: Restaurant Barback (PT)
About: Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel is a luxurious hotel located between Downtown Chicago and O’Hare Airport, offering upscale accommodations, rotating art gallery showcases, and a serene oasis for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one or more years of experience as a Barback in a high-volume, upscale hotel or free-standing lounge environments; basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and food; exceptional guest service skills; ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during an entire shift; certifications: Certified Food Service Manager, TIPS or equivalent; effective leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write in the English language; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
