Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one year or more of experience as a Barback in a high-volume, upscale hotel or free-standing lounge environments; basic knowledge of wine & spirits and food; certifications such as ‘Certified Food Service Manager,’ ‘TIPS’ or equivalent; exceptional guest service skills; ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during an entire shift; effective leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
