Position: Restaurant Barback

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one year of experience as a Barback in a high-volume, upscale Hotel or Free-standing lounge environments; basic knowledge of wine and spirits; certifications such as ‘Certified Food Service Manager,’ ‘TIPS’ or equivalent; exceptional guest service skills; ability to stand, stoop, bend repetitively during the entire shift; effective leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write in the English language; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
