Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Team Lead
About: Zaxby’s is a popular restaurant known for providing a fun and enjoyable dining experience for guests. As the team at Zaxby’s grows, we are looking for dedicated Assistant Managers to join our team and ensure exceptional customer service and operational quality at our restaurant.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of background check; Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience required; Restaurant management experience preferred
