Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Immediate Opening
About: Zaxby’s, a popular fast-casual dining restaurant known for its great food and fun atmosphere, is seeking dedicated Assistant Managers to join their team. Assistant Managers play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding operational standards at the restaurant.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of background check; Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience required; Restaurant management experience preferred
