Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Requirements: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older; Experience & Training: External Candidates – 12 + months restaurant management experience required. Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred, but not required. Internal Candidates – 6+ months experience as a successful Fazoli’s Associate Trainer. All candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operations. In addition, all candidates must have the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise.
