Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: Denny’s is a family restaurant chain known for its 24-hour, 365-day operation. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to ensure the highest levels of guest services, food preparation, and cleanliness in their establishment.
Requirements: Must possess a minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry as a restaurant manager; Strong knowledge of family restaurant management; High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Excellent organization and leadership skills; Proven organizational skills; Dependable and reliable; Strong analytical, independent thinking, and problem resolution skills; Ability to understand and respond appropriately to requests and use independent judgment to take proper action; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy; Ability to consistently provide a positive customer service experience to guests and employees
