Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers to join our team at a restaurant. The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and drive sales. They manage and teach restaurant systems effectively, ensuring goals are met and service is exceptional. RAMs receive performance-based bonuses for operational and financial achievements.
Requirements: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting; excellent customer service skills; ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting; reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US; ServSafe certification preferred
