Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: Zaxby’s, a popular restaurant chain known for providing great food and a fun dining experience, is seeking Assistant Managers to join their expanding team. As an Assistant Manager at Zaxby’s, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding operational standards and leading a dynamic team.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of background check; Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience required; Restaurant management experience preferred
