Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: Restaurant Partners, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their restaurant, ensuring high standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Customer service focused and oriented; Must be able to work an average of 50 hours per week; A motivational leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leads by example; Motivating both FOH and BOH to build great teamwork; Must maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction; Skillful planner with knowledge of basic business fundamentals; Constant focus on labor cost, food cost, and supply cost; Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts; Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others; Infectious, positive attitude that inspires others; Must show initiative and possess the skills to self-manage; Ability to manage both the FOH and BOH operations; Work under the direction of the General Manager; 2+ years’ experience in a full-service dining environment; Pleasant, polite manner, a neat and clean appearance; Excellent communication skills, highly organized and a strong attention to detail; High School or Equivalent; Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and basic design programs; Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
