About: Caramella’s is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to assist in all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, training, and managing business costs. The ideal candidate will lead by example and uphold professionalism at all times.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Mgmt preferred; 5 years of restaurant/food service experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience; Effective communication skills in English; Experience in a high-volume establishment with high standards; Neat and professional appearance; Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays; Knowledge of computer programs like Word, Excel, and Point of Sale systems; Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
