Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager – Ann Arbor
About: Anna’s House is a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant looking for a passionate Restaurant Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves overseeing kitchen supplies, vendor management, payroll processing, and supervising staff performance to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction at Anna’s House.
Requirements: High school diploma required; certification in hospitality is a plus. Proven experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role; familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred. Strong leadership and people skills, ability to delegate tasks effectively, good math and reporting abilities, excellent customer service, strong communication skills, attention to detail. Ability to work in a high-temperature kitchen environment, stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
