Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and upholding company standards. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional experience for guests and team members while championing the company culture and fostering continuous improvement.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; 2 years of management experience; Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays); Reliable transportation; Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; Strong P&L knowledge; Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law; Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
