Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Requirements: Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience; experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus; ability to lead a high-performing team with the General Manager; provide an exceptional guest experience, cultivating a familial environment; possess conflict resolution, verbal, and written communication skills; recruit, train, and oversee restaurant team members and shift managers; identify and nurture talent within the team; uphold operational and inventory control procedures; assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing; prioritize food safety adherence surpassing company standards; ability to work up to 45 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; physical capability for kitchen and restaurant-related tasks; valid driver’s license required; minimum age of 18 years old
