Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining establishments; proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams, including other managers; strong expertise in food and beverage, with a focus on overseeing comprehensive beverage programs; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; commitment to delivering superior guest service and operational excellence; Sommelier certification or wine management experience is a plus
