Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Requirements: Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience; experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus; ability to lead a high-performing team with the General Manager; provide an excellent guest experience; conflict resolution skills; hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers; follow operational and inventory control procedures; work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license required; must be at least 18 years old
