Requirements: Minimum 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience; Impeccable work ethic and integrity; Ability to remain steady and focused under pressure; Track record of managing diverse teams; Food-safety mindset and relevant certifications; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency with restaurant technology and software; Manual dexterity for kitchen operations; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
