Requirements: Minimum 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience; Impeccable work ethic and integrity; Ability to remain steady and focused under pressure; Experience managing diverse teams; Food safety mindset and ServSafe certification; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency with restaurant technology and software; Manual dexterity to operate kitchen tools; Ability to occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
