Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. As a brand ambassador and second in command, the Assistant General Manager upholds company standards, oversees cost centers, and creates an exceptional experience for guests and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and hospitality.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of management experience; open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation; strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; strong P&L knowledge; ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a dedicated team; able to obtain required certifications/permits as per state/local law; working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; preference for knowledge of local and State health codes, experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules, and team management experience.
