Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and quirky vibe, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner in maintaining operational excellence. This role involves upholding company standards, overseeing cost centers, and ensuring a memorable experience for guests and team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of management experience; open availability including nights, weekends, holidays; reliable transportation; strong communication and leadership skills; strong P&L knowledge; able to obtain required certifications/permits; working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
