Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: This position is for a role in store management at a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. The job involves overseeing inventory and money control systems, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards, managing staff, recruiting and training employees, and implementing local marketing initiatives. Exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this position’s responsibilities.
Requirements: Education: High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred; Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in a QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff, excellent verbal and written communication skills; Physical: Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant, operate a computerized Point of Sale system, stand, walk, bend, handle food and cleaning chemicals, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, work 40 to 50 hours a week, have reliable transportation, and be on call 24 hours a day.
