Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join their team. This role involves partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, upholding company standards, overseeing cost centers, and creating exceptional experiences for guests and team members. The ideal candidate will champion the company culture, drive continuous improvement, and prioritize excellence in execution, hospitality, and service.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; 2 years of management experience; Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays); Reliable transportation; Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service; Strong P&L knowledge; Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law; Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Knowledgeable of local and State health codes; Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules; Experience managing a team.
