Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant with a focus on real ingredients, offering a fresh alternative to traditional fast food. They are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team in restaurant management, emphasizing a nurturing and inspiring environment for both team members and guests.
Requirements: Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience; experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus; ability to lead a high-performing team with the General Manager; provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a family-like atmosphere; conflict resolution skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers; follow operational and inventory control procedures; lead with a culture of food safety; able to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays; physical ability to perform tasks in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment; valid driver’s license required; must be at least 18 years old.
