Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations and upholding company standards. The role involves overseeing cost centers, creating memorable experiences for guests and team members, and championing the company’s culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of management experience; open availability including nights, weekends, holidays; reliable transportation; strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team; strong P&L knowledge; able to obtain required certifications/permits; working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
