About: Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a passionate Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The role involves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment environment, overseeing all aspects of the business, and leading a team to create memorable guest experiences.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
