Requirements: 4+ years’ management experience in a restaurant/nightclub environment; proven experience in managing a team, with the ability to motivate and guide staff in a high-energy environment; a track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences in both restaurant and nightlife settings, VIP experiences; competency in handling day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
