Position: Restaurant and Lounge Manager- Fine Dining

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience managing in an upscale dining environment; 3+ years bartending experience with extensive knowledge of spirits and wine; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; strong computer skills; sommelier or extensive wine and spirit knowledge; experience in leading successful teams; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with property leaders to meet deadlines and surpass budget expectations; experience in developing activations; union management experience preferred
