Position: Restaurant and Lounge Manager- Fine Dining

Requirements: 2+ years experience managing in an upscale dining environment; 3+ years bartending experience with extensive knowledge of spirits and wine; Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; Strong computer skills and tech-savvy; Sommelier or extensive wine and spirit knowledge; Proven experience in leading successful teams; Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to collaborate with property leaders to meet deadlines and surpass budget expectations; Experience in developing activations; Union management experience preferred
