Position: Restaurant And Bar Manager

About: A trendy Wine Bar and Restaurant located in downtown Brooklyn is seeking a Wine and Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment. Responsibilities include managing the waitstaff, servers, and back of the house staff, ensuring high level customer satisfaction, maintaining and managing inventory levels, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Additionally, they will work closely with ownership to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in managing a wine bar and restaurant. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential to handle the various challenges that may arise in a fast-paced environment. The Manager should also have a good understanding of wine and be able to provide guidance and recommendations to customers.
