Position: Restaurant Admin Manager – Monty’s Coconut Grove
About: Suntex Marinas is a real estate company specializing in niche mixed-use marinas and associated operating platforms, with a portfolio of over 70 full-service marinas encompassing retail spaces, office buildings, resorts, hotels, and restaurants. The Restaurant Administrative Manager serves as the vital link between property management, accounting, and operations, ensuring the maintenance of accurate financial records at the properties. This role involves overseeing the accounting process, enforcing compliance with company policies, conducting audits, and collaborating closely with property GMs and the Regional Controller.
Requirements: Prefer Assoc or bachelor’s in accounting or Business; Previous accounting experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment preferred; Above-average general accounting/bookkeeping skills and basic understanding of financial statements; Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Minimum of 1-year data entry; Minimum of 1-year Administrative Assistant experience; Prefer 1 year bookkeeping experience; Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Excellent attention to detail; High level of guest services; Excellent communication skills; Positive attitude; Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Flexible hours availability based on property needs
