Position: Rest Server
About: The Courtyard Virginia Beach Oceanfront/North 37th Street is seeking an outgoing individual to join their food and beverage team as a Restaurant Server. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving guests according to hotel specifications, managing payments, and ensuring the restaurant area’s upkeep and equipment maintenance.
Requirements: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or work equivalent; good understanding of the English language and previous guest/customer relations experience; certification of previous training in liquor, wine, and food service preferred; TIPS, CARE (or equivalent) certified or able to become certified by the first day on the job; ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system
