Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, CFA designation is an asset; three to five years of experience with placement consultants in service, relationship building, and evaluation; eagerness to learn and enhance knowledge of the placement sector and financial markets; exemplary interpersonal skills, both oral and written; excellent reputation within the sector based on credibility, integrity, and strong work ethics; autonomy, versatility, collaboration, and resourcefulness.
