Position: Resort Steakhouse Cook T-Bones – Red Rock
About: Directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Asst. Room Chef. Enforces all initiatives, oversees production responsibilities, provides professional service to Guests and Team Members, and maintains a clean environment according to Company standards. Works hands-on in any kitchen environment, including high volume production. Proficient in preparing meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry for Guest services.
Requirements: Minimum one to two years’ previous culinary experience preferred; Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management; Must be able to obtain required work cards; Great attention to detail to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards
