Position: Resort Beverage Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years of resort/hospitality management experience in high-end food service; minimum three (3) years experience as a bartender/mixologist; extensive knowledge of wines and ability to maintain excellent relations with suppliers/vendors; strong organizational, computer (Word and Excel), and basic accounting skills; able to lead and develop junior managers, service staff, and other employees into a cohesive team; willingness to work flexible and demanding hours
