Position: Resort Assistant General Manager

Requirements: 3+ years in a Senior Leadership role within a high-end hotel/resort, club, or residential property; strong leadership and team-building abilities with a hands-on management approach; spa experience preferred; ability to analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions; proficiency in hotel management systems, financial reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite; strong organization and communication skills with a passion for providing 5-star service
