Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment on their Hershey, PA campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed of dog allowed; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
