Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade in need, with full support including housing and meals. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS is fully endowed to provide a thriving environment for students and staff. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and supporting groups of students in an on-campus family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, no alcohol on duty; limitations on pets allowed; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity; complete individual employment applications for both spouses.
