Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a prestigious private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, providing exceptional career-focused education and full support including housing and meals to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, residing on campus to nurture and guide a group of students, offering a family-like structure and essential support.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 years old or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; must have a high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
