Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a prestigious private school offering a career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and nurture a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, no alcohol while on duty; limitations on approved pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
