Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education and support for students from pre-K through 12th grade coming from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to join as Flex Houseparents, residing on-campus to guide and nurture a group of students within a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
