Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education and support to students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides fully endowed resources for students and staff to thrive. Currently, MHS is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and nurture a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
