Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering career-focused education, housing, meals, and more to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, MHS is fully endowed to support students and staff in thriving environments. MHS is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to a small group of students in on-campus homes, fostering a family-like structure and fulfilling various responsibilities.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
